The visit kicked off with an intensive training session at the ENEA Casaccia Research Centre - Biotechnology and Agroindustry Division, where students delved into the latest advancements in space agriculture, flow cytometry, and gene sequencing from February 5th to 7th. This unique opportunity allowed them to engage directly with advanced technologies and methodologies, enhancing their practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
Continuing their educational journey, the students visited Tuscia University and La Sapienza University in Rome on February 7th and 8th. These visits provided a platform for exploring future biotechnology programs and discussing potential collaborative projects under the frameworks of Prima and Horizon Europe.
