Last 22nd of December, from 09.00 to 13.00, PEFMED PLUS project  organised a training session to spread knowledge about PEF, the Product Environmental Footprint and Eco-labels as ways to boost the competitiveness of products.

This first training session for Croatian, Bosnian and Montenegrin partners was a real success: more than 25 participants, including 7 experts on environmental evaluation of food products, and 18 participants as project managers, researchers, and teachers from Croatia, Bosnia, and Montenegro.  The aim of this webinar was to train Croatian, Bosnian and Montenegrin partners on how to reduce the product environmental footprint of their agrifood production, as well as using eco-labels as ways to boost the competitiveness of agri-food products. During the training session experiences, methods, and best practices already tested in the previous PEFMED project were shared and transferred.
