The Service manages all the processes established between ENEA and suppliers for the acquisition of goods and services in collaboration with the Department Director and the Heads of the departmental Units and of the other Agency Units.

In particular, the Service:

• provides for the acquisition of goods, services and works through “below threshold” procedures by formalising the related contractual obligations;
• contributes to the preparation of the Department budget and the related indicators for the aspects within its competence, in collaboration with the Section Technical and Strategic Support (SSPT-STS) and the Management and operation service (SSPT-GEF);
• collaborates with the Department units in the management of financial resources for the acquisition of goods, services and works;
• supports the Department representatives for compliance with transparency and anti-corruption matters in close collaboration with the Section SSPT-STS.
