Stefano Canese
Biologist, Researcher in ENEA since 1993. Responsible for the "Coordination of calls for proposals and National and Regional Regulations". From 1990 to 1993 he worked as an aquaculture specialized technician at a plant of marine aquaculture in the South of Italy. From 1993 to 1998, at ENEA, has worked as a researcher in artificial breeding and rearing of marine teleosts and crustaceans of commercial interest. Since 1998 he has devoted to the issues related to quality assurance of food and agricultural products(HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EMAS, EUREPGAP, product certification, Traceability, ISO 22000) participating in the implementation and management of projects dealing with industrial research and pre-competitive development in the agro-food sector, in cooperation with SMEs of Southern Italy. In the recent years he has worked in the operational management of a Consortium (In.Bio), attended by ENEA, which has the task of “Technology transfer in biotechnology”, as well as the management of some national and international projects implemented by theTechnical Unit, and has worked with his colleagues in the acquisition of money to fund research projects in the research market for funding, at international, national and local levels.
