Cellular Agriculture for Food Applications is an online workshop hosted by the International Society for Plant Molecular Farming - ISPMF in collaboration with the InnCoCells consortium on 30 May 2023.
The workshop will feature short presentations by three speakers on diverse topics related to plant molecular farming and the InnCoCells project:
Dr Amt Dhingra, MoolecScience/Texas A&M University, USA: Molecular farming for the production of animal proteins
Dr Heiko Rischer, VTT, Finland (InnCoCells WP2 leaders): Plant cellular agriculture for food and beverages
Dr Christopher Landowski, OnegoBio, Finland: Cracking the code to producing egg proteins with precision fermentation
The workshop will be organized and moderated by Dr Anneli Ritala (VTT) and Dr Kirsi-Marja Oksman (InnCoCells project coordinator, VTT). It will take place at 4 pm – 5.30 pm on 30 May 2023 and is open to ISPMF members and non-members via online registration.
